The government of Hungary has made a voluntary contribution to support the Council of Europe’s cooperation activities in Ukraine. The Agreement was signed on 6 February 2018 by Ambassador Ágnes Kertész, Permanent Representative of Hungary to the Council of Europe, and Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
